Warranty & Trading Terms

In such a personal product category as adult toys, it is essential that we maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene. To this end, we are unable to replace toys purchased from us unless it is found to be faulty or possess a manufacturing defect.
Should this occur, we can supply you with a replacement toy – provided the faulty toy is returned to us (or we are alerted of the situation) within 3 days of purchase, unused and with proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns of undergarments for hygiene reasons, nor can we accept adult costumery and lingerie that has been damaged or contaminated from use.
Therefore we urge you to be very selective when purchasing.
Prior to returning any battery-operated device, please check that you have used fresh batteries and have placed them in the device correctly and closed the cap correctly. Please call (03) 63342804 for further information or guidance.

Our method of payment is Paypal which enables you to use your credit card through their secure site, with or without an account.

Prices are $AUD and include GST. Waterbased lubricants and condoms are GST free.

Where we find that a requested/ordered product has been discontinued or is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and advise of a similar product, alternative size or colour if available; or refund any payments.
